The Washington Nationals have signed relief pitcher Casey Janssen to a one-year, $5 million contract, according to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports. The deal includes a mutual option for the 2016 season with a buyout. The 33-year-old has spent his entire eight-year career with the Toronto Blue Jays.
